The Home Town News was our monthly newsletter that chronicled the happenings in and around our hamlet.
The Home Town News began publication during World War II to keep residents informed of how the young men and women of Alplaus were faring overseas, and to send out to soldiers who were fighting for our country. After the War, publication ceased until 1980 when Art Harris volunteered to revive the HTN and to be Editor. Sadly it was discontinued in 2020.
